 The La Rochelle apartment building was constructed in 1964, on the
 edge of beautiful recreational Lafontaine Park in the heart of
 Montreal, Canada. Standing eleven stories tall, it demarks itself by
 its unusual height for the "Plateau" neighborhood, one of the rare
 towers built prior to the change in the zoning laws forbidding units
 exceeding a certain size. Entirely renovated, each one of our suites
 comes completely equipped for your greatest comfort: cable, local
 telephone, appliances, dishes, linens, tea, coffee and toiletry
 essentials with our compliments. full cleaning service of the
 apartment, including changing of the bed, is included for free once a
 week. It is possible to take advantage of this service more
 frequently, as well as a laundry cleaning service, for a small cost
 (details on location). You can also take advantage of our "self
-service" (24h/7days) laundry room. Daily newspaper delivery (your
 choice-8:30am) is available on demand when the keys are given for a
 small extra of $1 can per day, payable in full with the rent due. Home
 manicure and pedicure service for the ladies. Refer to the reception

 glad to help you. N.B.: A security guard is present at night: all
